My 1st attempt in panoramic view. My friend told me to try taking panorama shot which ived never tried before. But i gave it a try by stabilizing my hand as i pan the shots. Quite a few shots were taken as my hand shook as i pan hence the end of the photo is abit blur. But i didn't realized it when i view it in my camera. For 1st trial, it aint that bad LOL, looks decent to me XDXD

This photo takes place at singapore, vivo city. Opposite of where im standing is the famous Sentosa island & Universal studio which i havent been into yet TAT. On the right, is the newly established "sentosa broadway" where you can walk all the way to sentosa island & Universal studio. Entrance fee is only $1!! Rather then taking public transport that cost $3 for entrance fee, we should just walk as the view by the lake side is splendid day & night.

If walking sounds too tired, theres a travelator as well :D A great place to date and hang out with your friends as its breezy at night with all the lovely night lights that shone the way to sentosa.

Chapter8: Lomography

I just loooove to take nature's picture. The colors & contrast is just b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l!! After rain, the colors of nature tend to stand out more~
A test of Lomo effect on some of my picture's. Seems nice thou LOL. The fact that it gives off a old, washout & some over contrast look of it plus the vignette on the overall picture just makes it feels mysterious XDXD

It was a drizzling afternoon but im soo eager to go out to the Botanic Garden to snap some photos. It stop raining in the late evening when i was there & the whole garden is wet & green *Lovely*. I was walking alone & don't know what else to shoot with my camera. Caught a glimpse of my pendant & did this weird shot...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ XDXD
Made some Lomo effect with this shot :D

즐거운 추석 보내세요!! & Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!!

즐거운 추석 보내세요!! & Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!!

I love lanterns. It would be soo nice to hang them all in the room & lit them up. My parents usually line them up on our balcony & lit them up. Its such a nice view.
Moon cake, A must to eat on such festival.
they call this pig in a basket XD The cookies are really in the shape of piggy XD (loved them when i was small)

Its Mid-Autumn festival today. Which means the end of the year is coming soon & thus marks the new year again.

This year in SG, on my way home in the bus,  i see families & neighbors gather together to hold paper lanterns & roam around the neighborhood.  It really seems fun, chatting with your friends or neighbor while walking about. It held a special meaning to it. Some kids are even playing fireworks~ Cool~

Back when i was still in my hometown with my family, we would cook a feast to eat then we set up small tables by the balcony to pray to the sky. The moon is usually rounder, brighter & prettiest during Mid-Autumn festival :) Me and my little brothers will roam around our neighborhood holding our lantern while saying "Holding Lantern" in Chinese as we walk about. Then we will play with the remaining colored candles for the lantern. We would lit them all up and form a line & such. Just for fun XD

After that, we head back home & sat at the balcony with our parents to eat moon cake & drink tea. We chit chat while gazing at the beautiful moon on that night. That was a sweet memory...

But...now that I'm working in overseas...chances are limited to go back often to celebrate festivals with my parents. Seeing people buying moon cakes, buying lanterns, Kids playing around with lanterns..i felt lonely...that im alone in such a far place....the loneliness can be unbearable at times. How I wish i can walk around with lanterns with my family & friends...rather then sitting in my room all alone...

Ahh! cut the nonsense during such festival XD Wish everyone a HAPPY MOON CAKE FESTIVAL!! ENJOY!! :)

Chapter4:After rain

"I really believe there are things nobody would see if I didn't photograph them."

It was a raya holiday so i took a break to relax at a Botanic garden. It was drizzling lightly on that day so most of the plants are wet & green~ good for my eyes XDXD. I just love raindrops sooo much. They're soo clear like crystals.
